How to have an excellent performance in a diverse field —Longevity.

Tailoring your ability to the structural set up of your work or business

To win yourself from complexity, find out how things work and give an excellent input, you might as well look at what your work environment entails and how to make adjustments.
An animal may adapt to its habitat in different ways. It may be a physical or structural adaptation, just as the limbs of birds have modified into wings or the way the cheetah is shaped for running at a fast speed.

Modifying Your Ways or Method.

You must find a way to adapt to the whole set up of your work, considering whatever it entails. Coordination is vital.
It may be in the way the body works in circulating and respiration, for instance the gills that fish have enable them to breathe in water. Or it may be the way the animal behaves whether it is hunting for food, or running fast to avoid predators or migrating to other places for food or survival.

What’s in your workspace?
An animal’s environment consists of many different things. The climate, the kinds of food plants that grow in it, other animals that may be predators or competitors- the animal must learn to adapt to each of these factors in order to survive. With increasing population growth and human activity that disturbs the natural habitat, animals must learn to adapt to these kind of threats as well.

Animals in the wild can only live in places they are adapted to. They must have the right kind of habitat where they can find the food and space they need.
That’s just for a brief overview of how animals adapt to their habitat.

Did you know that animals camouflage themselves so they can adapt to their environment? Adaptation can protect animals from predators or harsh weather. Many birds can hide in the tall grass and weeds and insects can change their color to blend into the surroundings. This makes it difficult for predators to seek them out for food.

Some animals, like the apple snail, can survive in different ecosystems- from swamps, ditches, and ponds to lakes and rivers. It has a lung/gills combination that reflects its adaptation to habitats with oxygen-poor water. This is often the case in swamps and shallow waters.
The necessary fix
After leafing through all that animals do to survive, you will quickly realize that what our concerns are equalizes a problem that animals have. Survival! That’s how serious this journey got right? An expert on speed learning and mastery described how a young brother flouted a bunch of instructions and signs that cost him his life for the maltreatment and a late response to what is urgent. He had begun a short walk into a thick forest. It was not long

A Call to Leadership
My jokes have never been wild—they’ve been dry. Even in the wettest of seasons, my joke never did well. And as for being serious, Mine is always distorted. I struggle to be serious. I remember after being voted as a school prefect, my teachers called me for questioning. They realized my personality did not pass for a serious dude to be in leadership. Leaders bear a cloud of marks that elicit their purpose in every situation. Their demeanor will leave you with every slice of detail telling you “This is a leader.” But I was not like that.

You get me grappling with breath if you call for personality adjustment. Why? It’s because leaders are perceived as people who others naturally follow because they are strong—but I was weak. Leaders should have trust, which is the basis for any relationship—my teachers could not trust my mannerisms. They were not even secure to see me lead other students. But why we’re they so wereive about their expectation of who I could be in the next five seconds. It’s because they weren’t sure of what I could do.
My character scared them off, though I know I could do something about it. The consistency of my actions override any lengthy and powerful explanations I could give. That’s why the best thing I had to do was to fix myself to avoid any trouble between those who gave me that leadership opportunity and I.

Vacancy?
My boss laid out a plan for the new year right after COVID-19 had swept potent businesses, institutions and even personalities away. A second wave had been announced. Everything looked not-moving and draggy! Obviously, life was going to flow according to this rhythm. But that was the mind of some of us. Especially parents who I engaged in a conversation during the season. Nothing looked lively anymore—but as time went by, everyone plagued by the pandemic begun to live a fairly normal life though it did not come with the colour and enthusiasm it hitherto exuded. But life was catching on in a different dimension. I raised funds to get a keyboard.

I was torn in purchasing an admission form as well. That was key. Fast ahead of my plans and on top of my thinking sheet was going to the university. In that same era my boss, in a meeting with another key figure in a management position, suggested that he would want to have someone teach music. And then, German. I was excited. That was fun. In three weeks I had learned the piano. And I was fast catching 1500 headwords to make my learning journey in German easy-peasy! I had always thought of a three-dimensional personality. So I told him, Sir I can do that! I’ll do the teaching. That was a way up for me. It is practice that makes one perfect, not a certificate, honour, recognition or title. I knew that taking that opportunity meant something: I was going to suffer! But suffering is the trump card of a new millennium expert. The next time someone pulls out a card to indicate the end of the game, slot in “the scar” card. No one likes that. It sounds like, we are all hanging out playing—you just decided to ruin the moment. It’s not nice. But that’s fine. You didn’t ruin the day, you won it! Your competitors call it a ruin, however, to you it’s a win.
